Managing Collaborators

Learn how to add collaborators to your MachineBuilder designs.

Design Roles

• Design Lead: Can view, edit, configure the design, and manage collaborator roles.

• Collaborator: Can view, edit, and configure the design.

• Design Viewer: Can only view the design; no editing permissions.

Manage Collaborators in MachineBuilder

Adding Collaborators

1. Click the Add User icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
   

2. In the pop-up, click +Add Collaborators.
   

3. Enter the collaborator's email and select their role from the dropdown menu.
   

4. Click Save to confirm.

Removing Collaborators

1. Click the Delete icon next to their status and save.

Adding Collaborators

1. Go to the Design tab and select the 3 dots on the design.
   

2. Click Share Design.
   

3. Enter the collaborator's email, select their role, and click Add.
   

4. You may add any other collaborators at this moment. Once complete select Send 1 Invitation.
   

   

Removing Collaborators

1. Select the dropdown next to the collaborator and select Remove from design.
